<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device arrayed with semiconductor radiation detectors on a wiring board to detect separately positions with respect to a gamma-ray incident direction, and having high spatial resolution. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor radiation detector 12 is constituted to include five semiconductor elements 2, for example, comprising a rectangular flat plate comprising CdTe, a cathode electrode 3 on one side face of the semiconductor elements 2, an anode electrode 3 on the other side face of the semiconductor elements 4, and an insulator 5 for coating five semiconductor detection elements 1 from an outside thereof.
