发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INKJET HEAD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pull out an electrode which is electrically connected with an electrode on the driving wall in each channel section without specially increasing manhours, on the upper surface or the lower surface of a so-called harmonica type head chip. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for an inkjet head has three processes. In the first process, a driving wall composed of piezo-electric elements and a channel section 15 are juxtaposed one after the other and a driving electrode 16 is formed on the driving wall in each channel section 15 of the head chip 1 for which the exit and the entrance of the channel section 15 are arranged under a confronted state on the front surface and the rear surface. In the second process, a spacer 200 for which the same number of recess sections 201 having approximately the same width and approximately the same pitch as each channel section 15 are arranged in parallel is superposed on the upper surface or the lower surface of the head chip in such a manner that the recess sections 201 may become on the head chip 1 side. In the third process, a metal film is selectively formed at least from diagonal directions A and B for the front surface or the rear surface of each channel section 15 of the head chip 1, and an electrode for connection which is electrically connected with the driving electrode 16 is formed extending from the front surface or the rear surface of the head chip 1 to the upper surface or the lower surface of the head chip in the recess section 201 of the spacer 200.
