PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain dislocation of a fin from a specified position. SOLUTION: A projection 6c projecting to the fin 3 side is provided on the portion corresponding to the portion wherein the fin 3 arranged between a tube 2 and an insert 6 (base part 6a) exists in the longitudinal end part of the base part 6a. Thus, the portion wherein the projection 6c is provided in the distance between the insert 6 and the tube 2 becomes smaller than other portions. Accordingly, when a bending moment is applied to the insert 6 from the fin 3, it is prevented that the distance between the insert 6 and the tube 2 becomes larger in the portion where the projection 6c is provided even if the insert 6 is bent in the manner to be departing from the tube 2. Thereby, since the fin 3 can be fully tied up even in the longitudinal end side of the insert 6, dislocation of the fin 3 from the specified position can be restrained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
