DUPLICATION-TYPE ID CARD CREATING DEVICE, METHOD FOR CREATING ID CARD AND ID CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplication-type ID card creating device which can create an ID card with a presentable tilt-free, straight face photographic image based on a face photograph pasted bent on paper.

SOLUTION: The duplication-type ID card creating device comprises an image reading means which creates image data by reading the face photograph pasted on the paper; a detecting means which detects the tilt of the image data;and a means for conveying/fixing the paper with the pasted face photograph. These means correct the tilt of the face image by inclining the paper.
