PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive particle excellent in resolution and reliability, used for an anisotropic conductive sheet useful for electric connection and inspection of high density electrodes. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the laminated particle with a plating layer comprises a coating process of forming the laminated particle by applying an insulating coating layer 2 containing a plating catalyst and an insulating material on a surface of a conductive particle 1; and a plating process of applying electroless plating by making a plating solution contact with a prescribed part of the laminated particle to form a plated layer at the part.
