NETWORK DEVICE AND ITS METHOD USEABLE UNDER NON-SECURITY MODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device useable under a non-security mode, capable of assuring for a user a right to use in an appropriate range with respect to the contents of the security-established network device.

SOLUTION: The network device for use under the non-security mode includes: an ownership establishment determination unit 241 for determining whether or not registration of ownership has been established and deciding either the security or the non-security use mode upon reception of a use request message from the user through a control unit; and a non-security range search unit 242 for searching a non-security use range provided under the non-security use mode, and providing the user having the control unit with the right to use for the searched non-security use range upon deciding the non-security use mode through the ownership establishment determination unit 241.
