PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-acrylate copolymer rubber composition which is preferably used as a molding material of a vibration-proof material such as a torsional damper and the like by improving the vulcanization moldability of an ethylene-acrylate copolymer rubber or retaining the dynamic characteristics through lowering its hardness. SOLUTION: This composition is a peroxide-crosslinkable ethylene-acrylate copolymer rubber composition which comprises 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-acrylate copolymer rubber and 10-60 pts.wt. of an oil extended EPDM. When the oil extended EPDM is added to the ethylene-acrylate copolymer rubber and a peroxide crosslinking is carried out, the dynamic characteristics are retained by lowering the hardness. Therefore, the copolymer rubber composition comprising these components can be preferably used as a molding material of a vibration-proof material such as a torsional damper and the like.
