PURPOSE: A method for implementing a foreign language teaching system through Baroque music and a periodical repetition is provided, which stabilizes user mind on studying by repeating baroque music. CONSTITUTION: A method for implementing a foreign language teaching system through Baroque music and a periodical repetition includes the steps of: repeatedly reading Korean and foreign language in the period of 8 seconds with playing Baroque music as a background music; displaying the content on the screen of the computer; replaying the meaning of the foreign language with Korean during 2 seconds; replaying the foreign language during 2 seconds; and replaying all words in the unit of 8 seconds.
