PURPOSE: A work piece fixing device is provided to support the work piece efficiently by installing and removing the work piece easily and adjusting the height finely, and to maintain the device conveniently by reducing the volume of the system. CONSTITUTION: A work piece fixing device is composed of a fixing pipe(200) combined with the installation floor, a fixing shaft(300) inserted to the fixing pipe and moved up and down, a clamp(100) combined with the upper part of the fixing shaft to press and support the work piece downward, and a fixing shaft fastening unit holding the position of the fixing shaft sliding up and down in the fixing pipe. A supporting shaft(500) is installed in a supporting pipe(400). The fixing shaft fastening unit comprises a first cutting hole formed in the fixing pipe, first cut slits formed along the first cutting hole, and a first fitting rod protruded in the lower part of the fixing shaft, moved along the first cutting hole and inserted to the first cut slit in rotating the fixing shaft.
