APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING DEGREASING FORCE ON SURFACE OF STRIP IN ELECTROLYSIS CLEANING PROCESS BY BELT SHAPED BRUSH AND HITTING ROLL

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for improving degreasing force on the surface of strip in electrolysis cleaning process, wherein the apparatus maximizes contact area with the surface of strip by installing a belt shaped brush and sufficiently cleans even waved parts of strip by installing hitting rolls for pressing a cleaning region of the brush belt. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for improving degreasing force on the surface of strip in electrolysis cleaning process comprises a pair of guide frames(100) installed in a tank of an electrolysis cleaning line through which strip(10) passes such that the guide frames are lifted and lowered to an upper part of strip by operation cylinders(110), and arranged at both sides of strip; driving roll(130) and driven roll(140) traversely fixed to the guide frames; a brush belt(180) which is wound on the driving roll and the driven roll in a caterpillar shape, and on the outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of brushes are planted; and a drive motor(120) fixed to the guide frames and connected to the driving roll.
