PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from breaking an air bleeding pipe part by mistake. SOLUTION: A projection rib 8 projecting in the same direction as tbe pipe part 7, is arranged in the vicinity of the pipe part 7, and thus, the pipe part 7 is put in a protected state by the projection rib 8. That is, since most of a load is received by the projection rib 8, even if an end user presses down the pipe part 7 by mistake, the pipe part 7 is prevented from breakage by mistake. Since the projection rib 8 is arranged in the vicinity of the pipe part 7, a sufficient insertion margin for installing a hose can be secured, different from a case arranging a reinforcing part on the root side of the pipe part 7.
