<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor in which heat generated by the conduction of a current can be prevented from causing a variation in resistance or having an effect on a circuit board or a peripheral chip, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The chip resistor A1 comprises a chip resistor element 1, and a pair of electrodes 3 provided at an interval on the rear surface of the resistor element 1 wherein a part of the resistor element 1 is bent to the side opposite to the electrode 3 thus forming a bent piece 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
