PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet having a value as novelty for sales promotion and to provide an assembly structure using the same magnet sheet. SOLUTION: This magnet sheet is provided with a first reinforcing sheet 1 in its upper surface and a second reinforcing sheet in its lower surface, and comprises a layered structure having a magnetic sheet 3 between the first and second reinforcing sheets. A first cut 11 extending to, at least, the first reinforcing sheet and the magnetic sheet and a second cut 12 extending to, at least, the second reinforcing sheet and the magnet sheet are alternately formed.
