PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the terminal connection structure of a power cable, which can reduce the number of assembling processes and can provide a good assembling workability in a simple structure at the time of connecting the terminals of the power cables. SOLUTION: A ring unit 69a-69c is erected opposite to the open end of a terminal surface fixed on the top face of an inverter case 50. When arranging the power cables 27a-27c on respective cable lanes 62a-62c to connect the terminals by passing middle parts of the power cables through the ring unit 69a-69c to hold them there, the very rigid power cables 27a-27c can be supported on the inverter case 50 side, resulting in no need of constructing a terminal stand 59 in needlessly high strength and in simplifying the structure thereof.
