TAPE CUTTER FOR FORMING PEELING TAB

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically form a peeling tab 21 to easily peel a tip of a tape cut by cutting an adhesive tape 2 by a tape cutter 3. SOLUTION: The tape cutter 3 is mounted in a rising part 14 of a tape holder 1. The adhesive tape 2 reeled out onto a movable cutter part 32 side from a slide-contact face 141 of a pressing roller 313 and the rising part 14 is cut while it is temporarily bonded on a temporary attaching and receiving part 322 of the movable cutter part by separating and turning the movable cutter part 32 having a cutting blade 321. The movable cutter part 32 is restored and turned by a spring 34 to form a tip loop 211 between the slide-contact face 141 and the temporary attaching and receiving part 322. The tip loop 211 is pinched to perform following cutting operation in order to form the peeling tab 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
