PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the work for drawings indicating land registers, such as land register drawings, public figures, land register survey drawing, and prime drawings of the land register survey drawings. SOLUTION: The system indicates respective writing as polygons given with lot numbers as attributes based on surveying data in a land register drawing display area 302, accepts setting of land register attribute items, such as characters to the respective polygons and imparts these as the attributes to the respective polygons. The system converts one of the polygons to one polygon according to the merging operation of a plurality of the polygons and imparts the youngest lot number among the lot number set as the attributes in the polygons before the conversion as the attributes. Also, the system registers the value obtained by imparting branch number to the lot numbers set as the attributes in the polygons prior to the conversion as the lot number.
