摘要 PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve image quality by using a low refraction index optical film on a lower portion of an organic emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) is provided with plural pixel regions and seal pattern regions around each of the pixel regions. A low refraction index optical film(102) is provided on the substrate corresponding to the seal patter regions and the pixel regions. An organic film(104) is positioned on an upper portion of the low refraction optical film to wrap it. A driving device and a switching device are provided on every pixel region comprised of the organic film. A first electrode(122) is contacted to the driving device and provided on the pixel regions. An organic emitting layer(124) is provided on an upper portion of the first electrode. A second electrode(126) is provided on an upper portion of the organic emitting layer. A seal pattern(128) is formed on the seal pattern region.
