Lead battery state and management monitoring process by declaring battery as discharged if voltage limit is more than battery discharge threshold and drain time is attained otherwise monitoring is continued without declaring discharge

The process involves measuring a drain time (t) at regular time intervals since the initialization of lead battery and the voltage limit U of the battery. The limit U is compared to a battery discharge threshold D if U is lower than charge state threshold A. The battery is declared as discharged if U is more than D and if t is attained, otherwise monitoring is performed without declaring the discharge. An independent claim is also included for an installation of monitoring and management of a lead battery.
