<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle burglarproof device capable of securely preventing a vehicle from being stolen. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle burglarproof device 1 comprises a GPS receiving part 10 calculating the present position of a vehicle by receiving radio wave from a GPS satellite, a memory 11a recording the present position of the vehicle calculated by the GPS receiving part 10, and a microcomputer 11 controlling the allowance of the traveling of the vehicle. The microcomputer 11 compares a vehicle position when an engine stops recorded in the memory 11a with a vehicle position when the engine is started thereafter. When a difference between these vehicle positions is not larger than the detection error (GPS error) of the position of the vehicle obtained by the radio wave from the GPS, the engine is allowed to be started by normal starting operation of the engine.
