MOTOR CONTROLLER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can control in an unloaded condition and heavily loaded condition without being influenced by partial magnetic saturation without a magnetic position sensor.

SOLUTION: A controller 4 which controls an applied voltage to an AC motor 1 is equipped with a position detector 14 which superimposes a voltage for position detection on the applied voltage and detects a phase θco from the phase θdi of a current difference vector with respect to the voltage for position detection, and a position compensator 15 which computes a compensating position Δθ created by the partial magnetic saturation of a rotor 17 from the torque command τr of the AC motor and a motor velocity ωm obtained by a velocity detector 16. The controller 4 controls the motor using a magnetic pole position θc which is compensated using the compensating position Δθ added to a phase θco.
