<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole by integrating the mechanism of a detecting part (an operating part) and the circuit board composing a detecting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate embedded touch sensor 1 is structured by embedding a detecting circuit 5 composed of a plurality of electronic parts 4 as well as embedding a temperature sensor element 3 on a surface layer side of a multilayered wiring board main body 2 equipped with conductor patterns and inter-layer connecting conductor portions between multilayered insulating layers 8. A light-emitting element 6 is embedded near the temperature sensor 3. In manufacturing the sensor 1, a base material forming step of forming base materials provided with the necessary patterns and the connecting conductor portions necessary for a film made of thermoplastic resin to be the insulating layer 8; a laminating step of vertically laminating a plurality of base materials in the state that the temperature sensor 3, the light-emitting element 6 and each electronic part 4 constituting the detecting circuit 5 are disposed at prescribed positions between the base materials; and a heat-press step of integrally heat-pressing the laminated materials are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
