A cylindrical liquid-sealed vibration isolating device, comprising an inner tube member (10) and an outer tube member (12) connected to each other through a vibration isolating base body (14) of a rubber material and a main liquid chamber (30) having a part of a chamber wall formed of the vibration isolating base body (14) and an auxiliary liquid chamber (32) having a part of a chamber wall formed of a diaphragm (20), wherein a partition part (28) for partitioning the main liquid chamber (30) from the auxiliary liquid chamber (32) is formed of a piston-like member (40) displaceable so as to vary the volumes of both liquid chambers according to the elastic deformation of the vibration isolating base body (14) when a vibration is applied thereto and a cylinder-like member (42) to develop a vibration isolating performance in a wide frequency range, an MR flow passage (46) sealingly holding MR fluid (44) having a viscosity varying according to a magnetic field intensity between both members (40) and (42) is formed in a crank shape in cross section, and an electromagnet (50) controllable the magnetic field intensity is installed.
