PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-maintaining type wax having hydrophilicity, electrostatic property and decomposing and cleaning function of organic matters, capable of performing soil-prevention and antibacterial effects on a wall surface, etc., and decomposing activity in harmful gas generated from a wall material, and improving sliding property in skies or surfboards by waxing, and remarkably reducing working property and wax dregs. SOLUTION: This wax contains a titania mixed liquid consisting of anatase type titania fine particles performing an excellent photocatalytic effect by ultraviolet light obtained naturally from sun light or a fluorescent light and an aqueous solution of an amorphous titania acting as a binder for the anatase type titania and a wax of an animal or a plant origin containing a solvent or a synthetic resin solution.
