PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for pouring out a foaming beverage, which can be wholly miniaturized. SOLUTION: This valve (10) for pouring out the foaming beverage is equipped with a beverage pour-out means for pouring out the supplied foaming beverage (draft beer), a froth generation and pour-out means for pouring out froth by generating the froth from the supplied foaming beverage (draft beer), and a valve mechanism for selectively supplying the foaming beverage to the beverage pour-out means and the froth generation and pour-out means; and the froth generation and pour-out means, which generates the froth by making the foaming beverage from the valve mechanism collide with a collision part, is equipped with a passage forming part for forming a passage for the foaming beverage which is supplied from the valve mechanism, and the collision part which is formed by bending the passage forming part.
