<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program and a a system for managing an electronic value, with which a customer to whom an electronic value is given is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 11 has a management computer 12 inside and it manages a point given to a member and the balance related to a given gift coupon-type point card 31. When a commodity is purchased by using the gift coupon-type point card 31, it is judged whether a member identifier is stored in a user information storage part 21 or not.
