PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powdery bleaching detergent composition that is excellent in bleaching power, detergency and storage stability, has a strong bacteriocidal activity and favorably used for bleaching, washing and sterilizing fabrics such as a dish towel, which need to be hygienic. SOLUTION: This powdery bleaching detergent composition contains (A) 15-75 mass% peroxide compound, (B) 1-5 mass% organic peroxide precursor, (C) 0.1-20 mass% at least one kind selected from anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants, (D) 0.1-10 mass% at least one kind selected from hydroxy polycarboxylic acids and their salts, (E) 0.05-5 mass% enzyme and (F) a carbonate.
