PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sample for analyzing dioxins, contained in a fluid in the field in which the fluid containing the dioxins exists. SOLUTION: A method of collecting the sample for analysis includes a process for partially collecting an exhaust gas from a gas duct 2 and making it pass through a filter 8, a process for supplying the filter 8 with a first extracting solvent for extracting the dioxins collected by the filter 8, a process for continuously supplying a first column 34 filled with a stationary phase for capturing a polarity material and making the dioxins pass through with the first extracting solvent from the filter 8, a process for continuously supplying a second column 45 filled with the stationary phase for capturing the dioxins with the first extracting solvent, passing through the first column 34 and a process for continuously supplying the second column 45 with a second extracting solvent of extracting the dioxins and more likely to dissolve in the dioxins than the first extracting solvent in a direction opposite to the supply direction of the first extracting solvent, after the first extracting solvent passed through.
