PURPOSE: To obtain propagation inhibiting effect of microorganisms, antimicrobial effect, deodorizing effect and moisture control effect by preparing antibacterial and sterilizing magma Q water, and obtain action effect of existing water purifier by only adding the magma Q water to water without need for using expensive water purifier. CONSTITUTION: The rock composition for refined water preparation having antibacterial or sterilizing activity is characterized in that it is prepared by a rock composition preparation method comprising a step of preparing a rock composition by melting the mixture in the glass melting furnace for 19 to 30 hours by injecting the mixture into a glass melting furnace having a temperature of 1,200 to 1,550 deg.C after obtaining a mixture by agitating 60 to 80 wt.% of SiO2, 5 to 15 wt.% of Al2O3, 1 to 5 wt.% of Fe2O3, 1 to 5 wt.% of CaO, 1 to 5 wt.% of Na2O, 1 to 5 wt.% of K2O, 0.1 to 1 wt.% of MgO and 0.5 to 10 wt.% of Ag2O for 0.5 to 1 hour; and a step of preparing the rock composition into pulverized material, fine powder, middle sized sand shape, zeolite shape or nano particle shape. The method for preparing refined water having antibacterial or sterilizing activity comprises a step of preparing a rock composition by melting the mixture in the glass melting furnace for 19 to 30 hours by injecting the mixture into a glass melting furnace having a temperature of 1,200 to 1,550 deg.C after obtaining a mixture by agitating 60 to 80 wt.% of SiO2, 5 to 15 wt.% of Al2O3, 1 to 5 wt.% of Fe2O3, 1 to 5 wt.% of CaO, 1 to 5 wt.% of Na2O, 1 to 5 wt.% of K2O, 0.1 to 1 wt.% of MgO and 0.5 to 10 wt.% of Ag2O for 0.5 to 1 hour; a step of preparing the rock composition into pulverized material, fine powder, middle sized sand shape, zeolite shape or nano particle shape; and a step of adding 0.05 to 5 weight parts of the rock composition to 100 weight parts of water so that the rock composition can be drunk or used in two hours.
