PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current mirror circuit that can widen the range of its output voltage, in which the constant-current property of its output current is maintained and, at the same time, can make its output current follow the changes in the input current, at a high speed. SOLUTION: The serial circuit of PMOS transistors P10 and P11 and the serial circuit of PMOS transistors P20 and P21 are connected in parallel with each other, between a power-supply voltage VDD and an input terminal IN, and the serial circuit of PMOS transistors P30 and P31 is connected between the voltage VDD and an output terminal OUT. The gates of the PMOS transistors P10 and P30 are respectively connected to ground voltages, and the connections among the gates of the PMOS transistors P11, P21, and P31 are respectively connected to the drains of the transistors P11 and P21.
