PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a simulation game program capable of diversifying motions of notifying the game state with lamps and enhancing the attraction of games. SOLUTION: A pachinko game machine 100 has a liquid crystal display device 130 for displaying a plurality of special patterns, and the game state is shifted to prescribed game state according to the display mode of the special patterns. The pachinko game machine also has lamps 120 and 121 for notifying the game state with lighting of ports 160-175 to be lighted in prescribed combinations.
