PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for producing a glassy body by using in incineration ash of industrial waste and/or general waster as a raw material, and for which any heavy metal or halogenated organic matter in the raw material is not eluted. SOLUTION: This production comprises firing and vitrifying a mixture of pottery clay and incineration ash of at least any one of industrial sate and general waste, or a formed body solidified and formed from a slurry that is obtained by mixing the incinerate ash or a mixture of the incineration ash and a volcanic desposit with water, aggregate and a hardener, to produce the object glassy fired body. Since any heavy metal or halogenated organic matter is not eluted from the fired body this produced, the fired body is a sufficiently safe product and also, the capital investment and running cost, which are required for producing this fired body, and be reduced. |
