PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a luminous wheel is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by easily manufacturing the luminous wheel. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a luminous wheel comprises the steps of: manufacturing a core(206) having a plurality of core protrusions(214) and a bearing connecting unit(207); locating the core in a mold(20) for manufacturing an outer rotary body; mixing luminous materials and polyurethane; injecting the mixture into the mold through an injection hole(204); molding the luminous wheel; and cooling the luminous wheel.
