PURPOSE: A condenser microphone assembly apparatus is provided to enable to load a diaphragm assembly, a spacer, the first base ring, a dielectric plate, the second base ring and a PCB in a case in sequence, and thus to reduce error rate by reducing distance between a diaphragm assembly, a dielectric plate and a PCB insert tool with a case. CONSTITUTION: A condenser microphone assembly apparatus(100) assembles a condenser microphone by loading a diaphragm assembly, a spacer, the first base ring, a dielectric plate, the second base ring and a PCB in sequence in a case through an insert unit of each component arranged continuously along a conveyor. The insert units(200,600,800) of the diaphragm assembly and the dielectric plate and the PCB include an insertion mold cast part installed in one side of the conveyor and extracting the diaphragm assembly and the dielectric plate and the PCB. And a jig transportation apparatus is installed below the insertion mold cast part and transports the diaphragm assembly and the dielectric plate and the PCB extracted by the insertion mold cast part. And a pickup/place apparatus absorbs the diaphragm assembly and the dielectric plate and the PCB and then loads them on the case.
