PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic which stably contains vitamin A and/or its derivative, is free from stickiness and oily weight, has an excellent skin-softening effect, gives excellent moist touch and excellent sense of use to the skin, has an excellent skin effect (wrinkle-improving effect) after used, and has excellent temporal stability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by containing (a) vitamin A and/or its derivative, (b) an oil agent essentially containing one or more of meadowfoam oil, macadamia nut oil, and rice bran oil, and (c) an oil-soluble antioxidant.
