The smoke and hot gas eliminator consists of a fan which drives air to a first refrigerated casing (2). The smoke and hot gases are then trapped in spray tunnels (3) and refrigerated by a second casing (4) which transforms the spray into frost for it to end in a sediment recovery tower (5), which is supplied by a water galleries, for returning it to ambient temperature. The sediment is recovered in decantation trays (6). The decanted water is recovered by several pumps (7) and recycled under pressure to the nozzles of the spray tunnels and the tower galleries. An extractor (9) at the outlet avoids the possibility of air locks driven by the tower screws.
