PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parabolic antenna capable of attaining sharing of a feeder horn, improvement in the reliability of an airtight construction, and simplification of mounting works, by employing a structure of holding airtight only by one place, a joint of a waveguide and the feeder horn in front of a position where received electric waves is convertd from circularly-polarized waves into linearly polarized waves. SOLUTION: The primary radiator of a parabolic antenna comprises a waveguide 2 connected to an LNB body unit and having a converting unit for converting circularly-polarized waves into linearly polarized waves, a feeder horn 3 connected to the tip of the waveguide 2, and a feeder horn capping 4 for covering the tip opening of the feeder horn 3. While a sheet member 5 is attached at a joint of the waveguide 2 and the feeder horn 3, the sheet member 5 is adhered to a connection surface 22a of the waveguide 2 through adhesives 6, and the whole surrounding is pinching-fixed in a pinching fashion with the connection surface 22a and a connection surface 32a of the feeder horn 3.
