METHOD FOR PHYTOREMEDIATION OF CADMIUM-CONTAMINATED SOIL USING RUMEX CRISPUS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for phytoremediation of cadmium-contaminated soil using rumex crispus, which can remedy the cadmium-contaminated soil with high efficiency at low cost because that rumex crispus has high tolerance to cadmium in aspects of sprout yield, growth and biomass, is a perennial and effectively absorbs cadmium. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of planting rumex crispus in cadmium-contaminated soil.
