PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from getting into the body of a vehicle when an outside mirror of the vehicle is exposed to a large volume of water because of a heavy rain or car washing and the volume of draining water from a drain hole is not enough relative to that of water getting into a wire member duct in a mirror body support. SOLUTION: The outside mirror has a wire member duct vertical part 10, and the mirror body support 6 in which a wire member duct lateral opening 12 is formed on the interior wall 9 of the wire member duct vertical part 10. The drain hole 15 is formed on a lower part of the mirror body support 6, and a dam-shaped portion 16 is formed near the lateral opening 12. When the mirror is exposed to a large volume of water and it gets into a wire member duct 8 in a volume large enough to make draining from the hole 15 insufficient, the dam-shaped portion 16 dams up inflow water temporarily to prevent the water that is not drained from the hole 15 from getting into the body via a wire member duct lateral part 11.
