<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning accuracy of an upholstery without influencing the shape of an installment panel. <P>SOLUTION: A section 7a to be cut after being molded integrally with a back face layer is provided recessedly at a position on an upholstery 7 where an opening, in which an air bag is arranged, is formed. A projection section 7d with a nearly U-shaped cross section, which is projected on the surface side of the installment panel P, is formed in the section 7a. A swelling section 33b with a shape corresponding to that of the section 7a of the upholstery 7 is formed on the lower mold 33 of a mold 31, and a positioning groove 33c for positioning the upholstery 7 with the projection section 7d of the upholstery 7 fitted to the swelling section 33b is formed. The openings downstream of the intake holes 33d, which are provided in the lower mold 33 are positioned in the bottom face of the positioning groove 33c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
