PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage discharge type cooling air fan having a function of blowing anion and clean air besides blowing cold air by an internal rotating fan. SOLUTION: A body is a hollow frame body provided with a filter and a drain port at the back face, and an air blowoff port and an anion generating port at the front face. The blower fan is mounted into the body, and a fabric curtain is stretched from the upper part to the lower part behind the blower fan. A water storage tank is provided at the lower part of the fabric curtain. A water filling pipe is passed from a water filling tank at the upper end. A water supply pipe fitted with a water supply pump is provided on one side of the water storage tank, and the upper part of the fabric curtain is fitted to a water discharge nozzle to connect the water supply pipe. Water in the water storage tank is pumped up by the water supply pump, and the water is discharged from the water discharge nozzle to flow down the fabric curtain and stored in the storage tank.
