<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition giving a cured film expressing no appearance defects due to foreign substances existing in a substrate even if the cured film is formed on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The coating material composition comprises (A) 100 pts. mass of a monomer and/or oligomer having in one molecule one or more radical-polymerizable unsaturated double bonds, (B) 1-30 pt(s). mass of an acrylic polymer 10,000-500,000 in number-average molecular weight and (C) a radical photopolymerization initiator.
