PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such environment that facilitates operation of an on-vehicle electronic unit while an occupant is on a driver's seat or a front passenger seat. SOLUTION: A grip part 5 is extended and formed by sticking out onto an arm rest part 3 side in an inclined manner from the right and left sides (the vicinity of the driver's seat and the vicinity of the front passenger seat) at a lower end of an instrument panel 4 in an automobile. A seesaw switch 11 for operating by the thumb and a pulling type switch 12 operated by pulling by forefinger and the like are provided in the grip part 5. A display item selected in a display part 7 is changed by the pulling type switch 12, and an adjustment content condition is changed by the seesaw switch 11 concerning the changed and selected display item for operation so that respective occupants on the driver's seat and the front passenger seat can perform switch operation with easy posture.
