PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple arrangement substrate and its manufacturing method improving its work efficiency in inspecting the lighting of each organic EL panel. SOLUTION: This multiple arrangement substrate T wherein a luminescent display part 8 is configurated with an organic EL element 10 formed by holding an organic layer 5 having at least a luminescent layer, between an anode line 2a and a cathode line 6a, and a plurality of luminescent display parts 8 are formed on a translucent supporting board 1 in a row, comprises a first conduction line 2b for electrically conducting the anode line 2a and an external power source by a single wire, a second conduction line 2c for electrically conducting the cathode line 6a and the external power source by a single wire electrically separated from the first conductive line 2b, a first connecting part 2d for electrically connecting a group of anode lines 2a and the first conduction line 2b, and a second connecting part 2e for electrically connecting a group of cathode lines 6a and the second conduction line 2c.
