PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce both quake and noise of an engine of an automobile using a simple structure. SOLUTION: The engine E is supported on a vehicle body frame F through active quake isolating devices Mf, Mr, which are controlled based on a quake condition of the engine E inferred from a crank pulse signal of the engine E to prevent transmission of quake of the engine E to the vehicle body frame F. A speaker 5 is arranged in a vehicle room so that the speaker 5 is properly controlled based on the number of revolutions of the engine E and the noise detected by a microphone 4 arranged in the vehicle room to reduce noise. Since quake/noise characteristics of the vehicle can be improved by multiplier effect of quake reduction and noise reduction in this way, the microphone 4 is inexpensive, and the speaker 5 of an audio device can be used as it is, reduction of quake and noise can be realized at reduced cost.
