PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPC (precast super strength concrete) structure frame having a comfortable space consisting of very thin SPC column and SPC beam so that both SPC column and beam become very thin by manufacturing the SPC column and beam of a reduced amount of reinforced steel materials by eliminating a main reinforcement and a shear reinforcement. SOLUTION: A joint section of column base sections of a large number of SPC columns 10 is connected to a joint section of a foundation, part of an embedded hardware in connection with the joint section between each SPC column and the foundation or part of the foundation includes a plastic deformable plastic deformation part, a plastic rotational hinge section is constituted of the plastic deformation part, a recess section 25 in the end of the SPC beam 20 is fitted to a cotter 14 of a beam mounting section 10A of each SPC column 10, a joint section 22a<SB>1</SB>of the SPC beam is connected to a joint section 12a<SB>1</SB>of the SPC column, the plastic deformation member 22e of the embedded hardware 22 in connection to the joint section between the SPC beam 20 and the SPC column 10 includes the plastic deformable plastic deformation part22ep, and the plastic rotational hinge section is constituted of the plastic deformation part.
