PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove frost, snow or the like deposited on a surface of a windshield without using a hand and pouring hot water. SOLUTION: The driving control device for a vehicle wiper is provided with a driving motor 12 for reciprocating the wiper device 2 along the surface of the windshield of the vehicle; and a control device 11 for switching a movement width of the wiper device 2 reciprocated by this driving motor 12 to a first wide movement width and a second movement width smaller than the first movement width.
