PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cutter device having two blades and maintaining excellent sharpness over a long time. SOLUTION: In this cutter device 10 provided with a high rigid movable blade 12, and a fixed blade 11 having a flexibility, the cutting edge 31 of a fixed blade 11 and the cutting edge 31 of the movable blade 12 rub together with elastic deformation to cut a sheet of paper. In the cutter device 10, there is no gap formed between the cutting edges 31, 32 even if they are worn away, and the cutting edges 31, 32 are prevented from being round.
