The invention relates to a gymnastics apparatus for the superior and inferior members meant for the recovery and maintenance exercises for the persons having a neuromotor handicap, said apparatus being used in polyclinics - especially for treating hemipareses, in health resorts as well as in sport (training) rooms, for maintenance. According to the invention, the gymnastics apparatus for superior and inferior members comprises a base sole (1), another sole (1) being adjustably attached thereon by means of a dovetail-type slotting, the two soles (1 and 2) being positioned in a plane, at 90 between them, and a leg (3), respectively, which has a cylindrical axle (8) worked at one end (A), for perpendicularly rotatable mounting the leg, in a hole (O2) provided in the base sole (1), and at the opposite end (B) some ears (9), wherein there is drilled another hole (O1), for introducing and mounting a lever (4) by means of a bolt (7), said lever (4) being provided with foot supports (5) or ribbed rollers (10).
