SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE AND SCREEN PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a screen printing machine capable of applying a hole filling printing to a thin substrate having a through-hole such as a BGA substrate. SOLUTION: A work 50 having through-holes 61 is sticked to a sticking tape 65 and this sticking tape 65 is sucked by a table 90. High pressure hole filling printing is performed by a first squeegee 112 and low pressure thick coating printing is performed by a second squeegee 113. Since the work 50 is fixed to the table 70 by the sticking tape 65 and the through-holes 61 are closed on its back surface side by the sticking tape 65, the through-holes 61 are filled effectively.
