PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a character input by eliminating a depressing processing for inputting voiced sound symbols, semi-voiced sound symbols, contracted sounds, and double consonants to increase the number of depression. SOLUTION: A title converting part 20 is made to erase voiced sound symbols or semi-voiced sound symbols for a character string inputted through a character input part 10, and to convert contracted sounds and double consonants into direct sounds. A morphemic analyzing part 30 is made to refer to an independent word dictionary 40 and an accessory word dictionary 50 to convert the character string inputted via the character input part 10 by using the character string processed by the title converting part 20.
